The best of North Hollywood
My husband and I dined here four times. Each time we have been bowled over by how nice the staff is and every dish we have ordered has been delicious!

I share a wonderful tradition with a very close friend where we take turns surprising each other with a new dining experience. This year was my friends turn to take me to her choice and Spumante was the destination. Wonderful service and excellent menu. Only bring people that are picky about Italian food, because you will certainly win them over with this dining experience.

SPECIAL PERSON
This was a special occassion for my lovely wife and I. I had heard of Spumante Restaurant before but never dined there. I love the fact that there were cliental of all ages. And you were given good service whether you were young or old. The staff is wonderful. And the owner Joe, puts his whole heart into his restaurant. We truly enjoyed our meal. Try the elephant garlic appetizer with pesto sauce & goat cheese. The hawaiian shrimp is superb!!!

Terrific!
We had dinner there last night. The food was fanstastic, service was great and the restaurant is very nicely decorated. We loved the wine racks & the colorful art work. The lasagna was heavenly and the caesar salad was great. I also had the spumoni ice cream cake. Well with the calories.

My friends and I absolutely Love the food and service, and can't say enough about the owner, he really makes you feel at home,, you must try the salmon and the Hawaiian shrimp and lets not forget about the soups DELICIOUS! Congratulations the two years were worth waiting.Will definite go back.

Great Italian restaurant deserves praise!
I don't know why MrTeacher wrote a review...I know who that customer was and was actually sitting at the table next to him. He was from another restaurant in the noho area and that's why his review was written. On another note, I have never had better Hawaiian Shrimps in my life. The manager was very sweet and welcoming and the staff was very attentive. I reccomend this restaurant to all of my friends and family and have been back many times since my first visit. Don't forget to try the Hawaiian Shrimp and Fish dishes!

Wonderful
I absolutely loved the food. The restaurant owner Joe Salas is the manager. He has been building this restaurant for over two and a half years. He well deserves praise for it. All the old staff is back which says alot. And the restaurant has only been open a week and a half!

I've definitely had better
My partner and I had been looking forward to the opening of this restaurant, and we finally got the chance to go and have dinner there. Unfortunately we didn't have as great an experience as others seemed to have. We were sat in a table in the far back corner by the restrooms, which difinitely didn't feel like part of the restaurant, and a group of ladies that sat next to us had the same complaint. The service was ok, except for having to ask for condiments a few times. We did have to wait about 25 minutes for our dishes to come out. My lasagna was pretty tasty, unfortunately my partner had the veal and it was awful! He sent it back having lost his appetite, and the manager was kind enough to come and apologize and agreed that it was a bad piece of meat they had cooked improperly, obviously they didn't charge us. Overall, we were disappointed and will most likely no go there again.

A Great Restaurant Returns!
I am just thrilled that Spumante is back! The food, the service and the friendly atmosphere make this a great place for a lunch meeting or a romatinic dinner. The staff is the best and the service is attentive. Try the Jumbo Hawaiian Shrimp with a side of pasta! Welcome back Spumante!

best italian restaurante in town
Great service and food. Very tasty wine.The atmosphere is calm and peacefull. Family enjoyable. Classy. Looking foward to coming again at least once a month. I notice how all the hosts and the owner helped each other and worked as family. Valet parking available which was very helpful. overall wonderful.

Had a wonderful time with hearing & deaf friends. ambiance was great,food was terrific,staff very professional & knowledgeable. Will definitely return with friends to enjoy great food & experience.Get there early. It was full by 7p.m. but no waiting. Enjoy! So, bring family & friends for a fun filled evening & experience fine dining.

I was impressed!
People always say "Don't go to a new restaurant for a few months until they iron out all the kinks". This restaurant was open for only 6 days and I was with a party of 10 and absolutely nothing went wrong. The food was excellent. The carrot soup was so wonderful I'll be going back for more. The service, atmosphere, management and the reasonable prices were all that anyone could ask for. This will be one of my "must visit" dining places.

Excellante!!!
This resturant was wonderful! I am planning to tell all my friends and family! The owner went out of his way to please our party of 10! The waiters were pleasant and we didn't have to wait for anything. They made sure glasses were kepted full. The food was hot when recieved at our table. The atmosphere - you could have a romantic dinner for two or a party of friends! The owner knows American Sign Language, English and Spanish!

The food, service, and ambiance was GREAT. The personalities of all were warm and welcoming. There were 10 in our party, not an empty table in the place, but we never had to ask for anything. Even the valet service exceeded my expetations. Love the place, the owner is wonderful and he know American Sign Language. I have added this resturant to my favorite places to eat.
