The impression I got at the Samurai Sushi is that they don't care about their customers or their reputation. It seemed like anything I or my husband ordered was not good. I ordered iced tea, and it looked like dirty water and tasted like one too. How can you make iced tea taste bad? Surely enough sugar should fix any tea, but I was wrong. Miso soup was watered down- soup out of packet tastes better. I ordered a salad that had sushi rice, raw fish and a spicy sauce. Sauce came in a very unattractive, dirty bottle and tasted bad. Lettuce was old and wilted. Fish tasted ok, and I was hoping it was fresher than lettuce. Rice was watery- again, how do you make rice taste bad? My husband ordered chicken teriyaki- came out cold, was dry and burned. We also had sushi- California rolls from HEB taste better than that. We told waitress, and all she said was that she will let the cook know. As a result, both my husband and I had diarrhea the day after.

There was actually a roach that crawled up our table and when I pointed it out to the owners they seemed indiffernet about it. We left immidiatly and will never return to this restraunt again since they did not seem to care. I recommend that nobody ever goes here to eat.
