Disappointing is the best way to describe this restaurant. At a steak house you at least expect them to know how to prepare a "Medium Well" steak," but they don't.
You may be able to get it corrected if you can find a water. Way over priced for food and service
My husband and I went for our 1 year wedding anniversary. Since we are not from Birmingham origionally we were unaware that this is just an overpriced fancy Outback. While we were there they had a large table that had some customers sitting at it getting drunk and yelling for their favorite football team (keep in mind there is no tv in the dining area).
We asked our server if he could ask them to keep it down some since we were trying to enjoy our dinner. He just looked at us like we had 2 heads. The manager was walking around the restraunt but she did not do anything about it nor did she stop at our table after we had made a complaint about the food and the other guests.
The food was good but not worth the $175.00 we paid before the tip. That was 2 steaks (one 12oz filet that was overcooked, and a cowboy ribeye) augraten potatoes, a salad, 2 mixed drinks, 2 sweet teas, and a cream brule (for dessert)
We will not return to that establishment. That whole experience ruined our dinner and that day was a special one for both of us.
" For a non steak entree the tuna stack with lump crabmeat is excellent... "
