    Good food, staff training poor

    I have a retail food service management background so I notice things others might not. Food was fine not complaints. Staff doesn't know how to earn tips. Greeting, What do you want to drink? No hello, my name, nothing. Only 4 persons at bar. Long distance conversations with other staff across the room. Girls loudly mention Pissing, water breaking and what a Bitch, in front of guest. Manager walks around see and hears nothing. Follow the leader.
    I guess most people don't care after a few drinks. Fine if it didn't bill it's self as a family place to eat.
