  I had just started visiting this restaurant for lunch and planned on making it a regular feature. I took my Fiancee out for lunch and this was the perfect spot for us to meet. You read what happened and decide for yourself the service...
  12:45pm I ordered 3 Loose burger koneys (We were the only people in the line). They were out of burger. So I took three ritz koneys instead along with a water. My fiancee ordered a chicken tender wrap without chipotle sauce. They were out of that as well. So she ordered it with Grilled chicken instead. I was charged a quarter for the water (Without being told). My assumption is that it is a courtesy to provide the customer with water, if one is charged for it....inform them before they pay for it! It's the principal, even though I think a quarter is rather steep for a little cup. The order for my fiancee arrived with chipotle sauce in it (exactly what she requested to be left out) and a hot pickle (Not a regular pickle). It makes us feel that we were just finishing leftovers. The food is decent, but I don't think someone was paying attention to detail. I may visit there again and hopefully the service will be a little better. Just want to make sure I get what I pay for, even if I have to pay for the water!

  Food was great and pretty inexpensive for downtown. Had the 3 Ritz Koneys (Koney Kombo) they were great. Friend had the Philly Steak and loved it. The pickle they put with it was awesome. Overall cool place, need some more pics on the walls. Waitstaff was on the ball, and my wait for my food was minimul for counter service.
