Our experience for an early supper was nice. Its not as fancy as I thought but we enjoyed it. The atmosphere was casual and fun, the service was excellent and the food was really good. The menu is interesting. Definitely worth a visit. If you want no frills, good and cheap, go to Chipotle.

If you go, try to go for the early bird. This is not a typical mexican restaurant. It is very expensive, I don't even think you get chips. The food is strange, they have something like a sushi wrap with mexican food. If you want interesting it's good, if you want normal, go to Tiajuana Flats

We and they call it Southwestern

but you can call it "Miscellaneous" if you like - just go and try the great food, excellent wines - and even Debbie's bar - but don't expect a yuppie Bellabrava/Bonefish cacophony of noise.

But you really come here for the food. My favorite is Ginger Crusted Salmon, either the entree or the salad. The children love the shrimp fundido, quesadillas, the steak pastor. Anything not on the children's menu, of course.

And then there are the desserts !!! All of them !!!

But I mustn't forget to let you in on the secret of the best and most reasonably priced wine list south of ... anywhere, and north of ... Chile. They have done a great job of assembling it.

Oh, and finally, they are ALWAYS open (a slight exaggeration, but you can enjoy their meals mid afternoon, Sunday morning, every day &c.)
