When ordering Chicken parmegian dinner that was described as chicken with provalone and mozzerala cheese was sadly a a bad imitation of breaded chicken. In any "Italian restaurant" when ordering this dish the chicken is smothered in cheese. Well, according to the waiter the cheese is sprinkled on the chicken. Since I am of Italian origin and my mother was born in Italy and I am originally from New York, I would think I would know what a chicken parm would look and taste like. I told the waiter I would not pay for something that was not what was stated in the menu. The manager or cook then charged me for the side salad. I informed the waiter that if he wanted my buisness again, they should have paid for the dinner, because the meal came with the salad and was given before I received the fake dinner. Also, I was charged extra for the salad dressing. I was not informed of the extra charge when ordering. This whole experience was unsatisfactory and was very unpleasant and did not complement Italian hospitality.
