  My girlfriend and I went to the Prime Rib Grill located in the Eldorado Casino and had a great time. First the server was very prompt to get a great bottle of Paraduxx meritage wine out onto the table. Then he suggested some great appetizers. My girlfriend had the 12oz filet and I had the 16oz prime rib served "Texas" style. Each steak was amazing! The atmosphere was fun and romantic---we were seated in the back of the restaurant---just perfect for a date. The menu was fairly priced and the salad bar that comes with all the entrees makes this a great deal. I would 100% recommend this steak house to anybody.
