  Everyone from out of town has to visit, so we're told. Every time there's a feature on Pittsburgh it seems they get around to Primantis. And the original place in the Strip isn't bad. But that's not to suggest it's really good either. It could be if they had better bread and maybe a bit less of the down-and-dirty feel to the place. But it is what it is and it's good for a novelty dine out or for a big appetite. Whatever you do order though... get the egg. See we have some love for the place.

  we went to the cranberry location. since we had small children,this location is perfect. it doesn't have all college and drunks. i ordered the #1 seller(i'm not gonna say what that is) and i think i have a new favorite! double bologna with fried egg!! i heard tony siragusa talk about that that's his favorite, it's really good.
