I ordered a pizza at 6:15 on a Saturday night. I was told 45 mins to 1 hour for delivery at that time. At 7:30 I did not have my pizza so I called. The person that answered the phone said that it left the store 6 minutes ago you should have it any time. I know that it only takes about 12 to 15 minutes to get from my house to the store. About 8:00 I still didn't have my pizza so I called again. "He is on his way, he will be there shortly"
At 8:30 I STILL didn't have my pizza so I called back and asked to talk to a manager. "He is out delivering pizza because we are short handed. He will probably be the one to deliver the pizza to you." When I talked to the person on the other end, I told me that I was not paying for my pizza when I do get it since it is so late. He told me that all he could do is give me $5 credit. Nine O'clock rolls around and STILL no pizza. I left and went to get fast food since I needed to eat. When I was gone someone from the store called and his response was "This is ____ from Paul Revere's Pizza, your order came back to the store because it is so old, would you like us to make you another one and deliver it" I said not being 3 hours later, I will eat elsewhere. So after waiting and getting the run around about where my pizza is, I still did not get it.
