  I love to eat at Pat James.....I have never been disappointed with the food....everything is delicious, from the barbeque, chicken, fries, to the desserts which include cookies and carrot cake....I have only eaten at the Full Moon downtown....they are extremely busy during the lunch hour, but do a good job of waiting on customers inside quickly.....they also have a drive thru....In my opinion, the best barbeque in Birmingham.....
