The title pretty much sums it up. After spending $25 on lunch for ONE person, and not having an opportunity to eat till much later, I found that one item had been left out entirely. When I called I was told if I’d drive the many miles from my home to their location they’d give me the item I’d paid for. I would think so! But, when I said I’d just like a refund, their manager (I see I’m requested not to use his name) told me they couldn’t do that unless I had my receipt. Who keeps restaurant receipts? But, purely by luck, I find I stuck this one in my pocket. So I’ll get my money back and avoid ALL Paneras in future. Their food’s too expensive anyhow.
