  I frequent panera often and have been disappointed more and more lately.
  Most recently was during a trip at this location when I ordered a new panini on the menu that sounded good. They were busy and seemed understaffed with a bunch of highschoolers working the 'line.'
  When my order came up the sandwich looked like someone had stepped on it and there was a bruise on the apple. I took it to the manager and told him I would not eat it and he made a new one--I should have just gotten my money back. The second one wasn't much better!
