  bset restaurant on federal hill. need i say more? i cannot wait to go back there and eat. wine list is incredible. i particuarly enjoyed the appetizers,everyone was delicious. i highlt recommend the restaurant for any occasion. by the way the reggiano parmigan cheese placed on the table when you sit down is worth the trip there alone.
