  I eat here often - even plan meetings to coincide with my favorite Wednesday lunch special! The portions are very generous; the food is delicious; and the service is fast and friendly. Pleasing the customer seems to be important to them. And they use no MSG in their food preparation. A table is almost always quickly available.This is the best Chinese food in the Lansing area.

  Whenever I want to relax and be sure the meal will be just as I had hoped for I go to the Apple Jade. Each of their dishes tastes different (not the same sauce on everything) and they are happy to make adjustments so that the dishes are the way you would like them. The restaurant is spotless and the decor is very comfortable. The Apple Jade is a long time Lansing restaurant that is sure to be here for many years to come - because of the quality of the dining experience! You won't make a mistake if you dine here.

  Apple Jade has excellent chinese food that is not greasy and has subtle but delicious flavoring. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the Lansing area.
  
  They have very affordable lunch specials as well, and in general are efficient and polite.
  
  I'd recommend going to this restaurant if you are in the Lansing area and desire Chinese.

  Dude, it's not that great! I mean, it's pretty good, but nothing world-renowned, or even state-renowned. But it's not bad. I recommend the vegetarian egg rolls. The service is quick and not unfriendly. Do be sure to order by number or risk confusion. What else to say? Clean restroom!

  This is the best chinese food I have ever had in my life! I eat here quite often, they are always quick, and prices are phenomonely cheap! I have met people from detroit and beyond who know about Apple Jade because the food is so good! Most chinese places in lansing have food with mystery meat - not apple jade. Beef is tender beef and chicken is nice tender white chicken!
