  Netty's chili dogs are the worst I have ever had. The hot dog itself and the chili sauce were both cold and at least 2 days old. There menu selection is so limited that they do not qualify as an Ice Cream store and there food is so bad that you can not call them a restaurant either, I don't really know just what there are, do you?
