  I am tired of guessing if my food will be hot, and once again getting it cold. I was in w michigan ave store, and ordered a number 13 fish combo. I don't often eat fast food but I splurged and stopped to order my favorite fish combo. When I got my meal I tasted the fries before leaving the counter, they were bairley warm, so I asked the counter girl for a fresh order. She gave me a fresh order so I thought until I went to my car, proceded to enjoy my meal, only to find the fries were from the same batch, AND my sandwich was not warm enough to melt the cheese on the fish.
