  Appalling Customer Service

  Ordered an ice cream cone and med fri with one customer ahead of me. Waited in line for 17 minutes then watched 3 employees walk over from the Walmart store while the "manager" met them oustside and carried on some conversation while all laughed and went back inside. Waited another 5 minutes and then proceded to get out of the line and go inside. I counted at least 8 employees
  congregating together and ask if i could please have my order that I had been patiently waiting 22 minutes for.
  I took the order and grabbed a hand full of ketchup and the "manager" rudely ask me "You need all that ketchup???"
  She was very unprofessional and had very little control
  over the employees. This was around 6:30PM. Needless to say, I will never go back and if this is your business, it want last long with this kind of customer service!
