  A Disappointing experience

  Have had multiple fine experiences there, but today was a great disappointment. All I wanted to do was make a reservation for a special night and all I got from the staff was a runaround. I don't think anyone I spoke to was capable of a straight answer. Have to give serious thought to whether or not I want to go there again. I was really let down by the inability of the staff to get a simple answer to a simple question. What a let down!
