No service at all

Went to the new location on Brook Rd near Parham this evening. We were quickly seated by a very friendly hostess. We then waited 40 minutes and no one ever came by our table to take our order. Plenty of people working and standing around talking, not sure why no one would wait on our table. We saw the people next to us order, get salad, get their entree and eat it for a while. At one point the waitress working a table two tables down walked by and I thought - finally - someone is going to take our order - but she just said hello and quickly walked past us. After that the five of us decided it was time to go to another place to find dinner - we had waited 40 minutes. If you want to eat at Lucilles, you better bring a snack, I don't think we will go back.

If you are in the "fortunate" position to request your last meal, please make it at Lucille's. Best southern food! Prices and portions are excellent!
