  Food was below normal in quality. The only food item that was good was the sweet potato. The wait staff had dirty hands and the place looked unkept. Most of the staff looked less than excited to be there. This is a managment issue. I have been in good lonestar restaurants.

  the food was cold twice and the service was worse than a truck stop, very disapointed, management was very short and showed no concern for our troubles.We could have choice another place to eat but were told by friends that lonestar had great food and great service, they must of meant another steakhouse.
