  Business Lunch Disaster

  We called on Thursday to confirm lunch reservations for 17. We called back on Friday morning confirm again. When we got there we were seated in the back room filled with round tables and we were set at several different tables. I told waitress that was inexcapitable. We had management from out of the country. She said we don’t have anything else but I will get manager. I had to go to him he did not come over to table. When he finally did there was a table that would sit 12 (which we had total of 13) so we all squeezed in. we were so close we could barely eat.We could only use one hand the whole meal. We waited an hour and half for our meal. One waitress for the 13 of us. She filled drinks one time. Then when it was time to get the tab one person paid for 4 of tabs. Instead of giving all the bills to her she took them back and rearange them to one bill and did not leave the rest for us to go ahead and pay our tabs. The manager NEVER once came over and apologized or even after the meal come by and ask were we okay. They should have told us they could not accommodate 12 or 17 people at one table when we made the reservations. We ended up 2 ½ hours there. We had computer classes going on that was held up 1 ½ hours because of us. We had out of the country guest that was inconvienced. We will NEVER do a lunch there again. If nothing else the MANAGER acted like he did not care and was not concerned of his customers. We will express our disatisfaction to everyone at our company and any one else that may mention that place to eat. PAST VERY UNHAPPY>

  We have been looking for someplace that was nice, quite, and not too pricy. Laddie and Dukes fills the bill! We first ate there just before Christmas and have been back twice since. We plan on going back quite often. The service is exceptional! The waitresses and waiters are always polite and contientious (keep you glasses full and your table cleared). I would highly recommend your establishment to anyone who wants a nice place to unwind after a busy day!

  A friend of mine and I stopped at Laddie and Dukes on the way to a funeral. Due to the reason, our appetite was not great and we asked to split the hamburger. It arrived already split for us, and was absolutely delicious, so much so that we both probably could have eaten a whole one. Also, there was no charge for splitting the entree and that was very nice. The waitress was very solicitous and took good care of us. I will definitely go again and tell my friends. Thanks, my experience was enjoyable.
