can't believe a place like this still exists, great cracker crust pizza, seafood, pasta, veal and chicken, the service and food was more than expected, alway's got delivery, but man are we glad we tried the dine in option, great wine selection as well, homemade sauces (alfredo, boscaiola) our 2 favorites, try it once and you'll be hooked as we were.

"Wow" This food will bring you back to the 60's or 70's
(In a good way) great food and Pizza served hot by very attentive and knowlegable staff, huge portions at great prices, great beer and wine section with prices from 10 years ago, I hope they keep this almost extinct restaurant
    going another 25 years.

La Gondola has nothing trendy on their menu, just great "authentic" food, seafood and Pizza in huge portions,
this is not the place to go to party or to play pick-up, you go to La Gondola when you want great food at a great price, the service is great as well, the dining area is small and fills up fast (only 6 tables) 7 days a week, reservations are highly recommended, great for take out or delivery, we would and will be going back often, start off with the Calamari (grilled or fried) the black mussels diavolo as well, everything is made to order here from scratch as you order it, rigatoni boscaiola, my favorite pasta dish, tomato cream sauce with fresh sauteed sausage, mushrooms and sage, the Chicken Parmesan is the biggest and best in the City, another dish you will not forget is the
Chicken Alla Gondola, half a large Chicked browned and baked with sausage link, mushrooms, peppers and potatoes in a awsome garlic wine sauce, the only time I tasted food this good was when my Italian Grandma made me dinner in the early 70's. please bring a big appetite and plan on leaving with a doggy bag.
