It took an hour to be seated and once we were seated it took a half hour to get food and then when we were done eating they rushed us to leave so the next costumer could sit down..... it sucked and was a waist of money and time...

    No Taste

After being seated it took a long time for the cook to arrive. When he did he was more interested in finishing cooking then preparing food, the chicken was undone and had grisel. The noodles had no spices or flavor at all. I would avoid this place and go to Sakura's in Westport instead.

Poor attitude by staff and management

The attitude of the staff and management is horrible. Food was OK on our previous visits.

Arrived on time for our reservation. Checked in with the hostess and were informed that it would be a couple of minutes and that we were welcome to wait in the bar. One hour and $70 (2 rounds of 4 drinks) later, we were still not seated. Hostess is not all that interested -- "Maybe you should go someplace else". Manager is apologizing and assures us of the next open table. He blames snafu on new person who took too many reservations.

Table opens and hostess seats a party of 4 below us on the reservation list. Manager now says, "We decide who gets to sit at what table and when to seat them".

We decided that was enough and went down the street to Mancuso's -- much better food and service.

Would not go to the Fairfield locations again and will probably avoid the new Shelton location when it opens.
