Kelly's food is always excellent, with generous portions. Service is sometimes slow, but it's worth the wait. Atmosphere is cozy, staff is friendly.

Great menu and atmosphere with a great price!
Fish and mac on Fridays- need I say more! Don't know what's in their batter for the fish, onion rings and chicken but it's excellent! Great atmosphere, the only reason I gave it a 9 not a 10 is it's sometimes smoky in the evenings. And the parking, but that's the city not Kellys!
Everyone is friendly, even if it is sometimes a little slow. The specials are always done well and so is most of the menu at really good prices if you're watching your budget. -
Just stopped in for a drink
I have never been into Kelly's before, but stopped in with a friend after leaving Tavern on the Square. The bar tender was super friendly and would joke with us and chat with us. You felt very welcome there, and would definitely stop in again for a beer and fun.

SLOW SLOW SLOW!!!!!!!
Kelly's has really good food. However, the service is some of the slowest I have ever experienced. It does not seem to matter whether it is busy or not. I went for lunch serveral days ago and there was maybe 5 other full tables. It still took over 20 minutes to get my order taken, and another 25 minutes to get my cheeseburger! If you work in downtown Lansing and want to try Kelly's for lunch, expect to go over your lunch hour.

Not a bad spot
Pretty good food. Never had a real problem with anything, however, can be slow service when busy.
