Jack in the Box,
This letter comes to inform you of how your employees are running your best interest, your financial stability. One month ago today I was at your place of business. I pulled in through the drive through to order some food for my husband and some colleges who were working a night shift at the hospital up the street. I pulled up and looked over the menu, wasn’t greeted right away. When I was I asked, what came on one of your burgers. Aaagh, A bothered sigh came across the speaker as the attendant rambled off toppings. Does it come with cheese I asked? Do you want cheese was the reply. Ok never mind I thought. I ordered half of what I had intended but still tried to remain un annoyed with yet another horrible customer experience. When I pulled up to the window with a smile I asked him, has it been a long night? He gave me a childish look and said no why? I said through the customer service it seemed like maybe you’ve had a bad day. He said no maybe you are having a bad day. I was really surprised that someone I was giving my money to was going to challenge me with such sarcasm especially since I overlooked the first hints of attitude and sarcasm. It went on and on with his looks and attitude until finally I said if your not happy here why not go somewhere else, because now I’m going next door to McDonalds to get the rest of the order that I may have gotten with better customer service. As I was pulling out of McDonalds which gave great service I saw him standing in the front of your business waving down a police car. Now it would seem that after I gave your business my money, got horrible customer service, the worst looking taco’s I’ve ever seen among the other food I purchased, cold fries, and now I was going to be further insulted by some illegal worker that likes to waste tax payers money with outlandish stories for attention. It goes without saying that this person isn’t gracious that he has a job, doesn’t respect what someone else is trying to do with a business but now has turned how many thousands away from putting money in your pocket. Please let me know how you plan on enforcing that this employee doesn’t harass others in this manner. Please let me know what you can do to get my business back and the many others that may read this and think, gosh I think I’ll take my chances with the McDonalds next to your jack in the box, where at the very least I will leave with hot fries, a smile and someone that says Thank you!
