  ACCESS ISSUE WITH A SERVICE DOG

  I had gone to visit a friend in nearby hospital and on the way home I was going in to get a soda to help keep me awake up the canyon, on my way home, but went to use the restroom when this lady that works there don't speak english and pointed to my servicce dog and kept pointing for me to leave, no dogs alowed. This is a penal code 365.5 Federal law your employee has violated. I think you need to educate your employees better about the California laws. As this is a federal law. Other restraunts and hospital plus other places are service dog friendly. What makes this lady think she can go against the ADA Federal laws for the Disabled?? As for how the food was, I have no idea, atmosphere was rotten, A helpful hint here is to go to Service dog laws under access issues, penal code 365.5 I think you will find that all Service Dogs are welcome in restraunts. Thank you very much. we were there about 8:00pm
