  we are visiting our son and went to the jack in the box on cooper st. we were asked to pull up front to wait for our order . when the manager delivered our order the drinks were not given to us. when we asked about them we were asked if we could come inside and get them. not a problem, but you go through the drive through for a reason, my husband went inside, noticed that the wrong fries were inside the bag and the other ones were thrown all over the bottom of the bag. during this time smart remarks were made. very inappropriate and this was the manager. maybe you should consider a new manager to better represent your company
