Having spent several years in Japan eating the real deal, I am glad to have found Isshin. The name Isshin means "One Heart" in Japanese and Mr. Kishida and his staff put their hearts into all they do to make customers satisfied.
Kishida san even has 2 full-time Japanese chefs on staff, something virtually unheard of in Dallas. Usually there are 2-3 wait staff from Japan as well, so if you are wanting to eat good food and practice Japanese, this is the place to do it.
Kishida san's Vietnamese wife is also a real sweety and she makes great noodles ala Vietnam.
I recommend anyone to stop in to Isshin and enjoy a meal. The lunch buffet, while a little pricey, is awesome.
