  When you first pull up to Hillbilly Willys you may think...man...this is a whole in the wall. But as soon as you step through the door and hear the music that takes you back to a simpler time and see the Hillbilly "mood lighting" hanging on the ceiling; you will be so thankful that you found the place! That's only the beginning. Order the ribs or the stuffed tater and you will want to dance and sing along with your tastebuds! The Derby Pie is out of sight! It's all good-literally so try it next time you're in Chattanooga.

  oh my gosh!just tried the ribs and sides at hillbillywillys and they are totally awesome, and then for dessert home made banana puddin with the real meringue...so freindly, so clean, love the music too...lots of food for the price, my friend got the cola cake, made from scratch served with ice cream and whipped topping, best tea in town
