    Bad Customer Service

    Pls people if you go this this Hardees n Jeff Davis (Richmond) don't expect great customer service. The drive thru is never open when it is suppose to be. The staff never has the food ready let alone any great service. This location is a poor reflection of what Hardee's really stands for. Pls do not go there expecting the drive thru to be open......it won't
