  I ordered an entree called "Basil" (#35) with chicken, and my meal had no basil in it. It did come with a long silicone-looking piece of plastic that I pulled out of my mouth. They couldn't tell me exactly what it was. Out of four of us, every entree was different then the item descriptions. The waitress did tell me, after I asked, that they (the thai restaurant) were out of basil - after we received our 'improvised' meals (even the vegetables were different than what was listed on the menu). Also, the spice level of 3 of the meals was ordered to be mild - yet all three had very different levels of spice: one was extremely spicy, and another had no spice at all. I can only guess what was going on in the kitchen.
