  great sushi but is it worth the wait?

  we have placed several to go orders via phone and even placed orders from the bar. we are always advised 20 minutes but after 60 minutes??? is it worth it?

  Sushi is great but is it worth the wait and the headache? Several to go orders placed only to arrive at the advised time to a "sorry another 30 minutes" BEWARE!

  We have been going to Ginza since it opened- it is by FAR the best sushi in Bham. We are also big fans of the Korean BBQ- only problem is deciding what to order- it is all fabulous!! Our kids love both the sushi and BBQ. Additionally, turning the flat screen TV at the table to the Cartoon Network is a great babysitter.

  My husband and I go a lot to this restaurant. We have never had a bad experience. The food is always great and the sushi is incredible. The service is pretty fast if you're in a hurry but we never are. We believe it is the best Sushi restaurant in B'ham. Although, Surin West still has better crab angels.

  Great service!! Great Food!! I was looking for korean restaurant in birmingham and i was in luck! I've tried so many different places and this was best experiences i had!!
  Will try again and will tell others to try it! I can't tell you enough about this place must try!

  Love the beebimbahb (spelling?)and the BBQ.
  
  Coming from a much larger and more diverse city I missed some of the dining diversity. I had been asking around since I moved here where to get good Korean and had been a bit dissapointed until I found Ginza. Its tucked away in a strip mall so its a not that easy to find but well worth it.
  
  The place is exceedingly clean with a good ambience. Very attentive and friendly staff. My ice tea glass was never empty.
  I enjoyed the Korean BBQ as well where they cook the food on your table.

  The food is excellent - the service is grand - easily accessable and they were actually glad to have my business. I will dining here at every opportunity. The owners did the decor and thier taste is exceptional. Wait til you see the tree that growing in the middle. If you go for lunch - try the box lunch and if you like it elsewhere - try it here you will love it.

  For good Korean and Asian food, you should try Ginza. Very nice decor and the people are also very friendly.
  
  We went on a weeknight and the place was a bit empty, but we were eating quite early.
  
  The food is quite good and the Korean barbecue tables are probably the most modern and best kept I have seen in the South.
