We were pleasantly surprised by this place -- the salsa was excellent & unusually authentic & the entrees were delicious. We were out with one of my best friends; she & I both got the Tacos Alhambra -- steak, bacon, peppers, onions in white corn tortillas, served with guacamole, pico de gallo, rice, beans, etc -- excellent! Additionally, they remembered my friend's special request & did not put any bell pepers in her entree. Hubby got steak tips cooked with veggies & served with flour tortillas & was very happy. We came home with the combined taco leftovers -- 3 of them -- which we expect will reheat well tomorrow. (EDIT - They reheated deliciously & were quite possibly even better the next day!)
The margaritas were not the best I've had; next time we'll try ordering a "premium" style, & perhaps that will make the difference. The guacamole was decent, but not nearly as appetizing as the menu picture.
The server was attentive without being annoying. The patio looked like it would be nice were it not quite so chilly. The decor made little impression.
We are pleased to find an above-average mexican place in the area & will certainly return.
