I strive to create a comfortable environment in which to provide the best possible dining experience. I strive to use quality ingredients and prepare them with craftsmanship and care. I am using 100% cage free, cruelty free, hormone free eggs. The beef is Cascade natural free range. We use all Draper Valley chicken and turkey. The potatoes are organic German varieties from the Tilth certified farms Gean Theil, Joseph Oregon. I use trans fat free frier oil. I make our biscuits, hamburger buns, foccacia, cinnamon rolls, coffee cake, and desserts from scratch. Chef/Proprietor Christopher Pierce

    Really enjoyed very good lunch on spur of the moment. Delicious chili, though very rich, and best ever biscuits and gravy; very good also. Also very rich. We were given a sample of their Thanksgiving Day stuffing and that was off the charts in good taste. Very reasonable prices for large portions. Service was excellent; restaurant exceeded expectations. Casual atmosphere, privacy, comfortable seats. Nice people!!!!! So much improved since our visit for brunch when it first opened almost a year ago. They've definitely made good changes.
