  very bad dining out

  we are a couple and we went to eat there on july 8, 2007, we were seated then we waited for 20 minutes to have a waitress come to our table to take our drink order then she did not come back until another 15 minutes later with our drinks then we ordered then she brought our food to us and was not pleasant and she always had a scawl on her face when we needed something she, did not ask us if we needed anything.Then we finished our meal and the bill came paid it and started to go talk with the manager she was nowhere to be found I went to the restroom then came back my husband said the waitress wanted to know where her tip was well I was brought up YOU HAVE TO EARN YOUR TIP WITH BEING POLITE AND HAVE A SMILE ON YOUR FACE to get tips the waitress was quite rude and down right mean as she could be and the manager let this happen, the waitress was acting like a child not a professional on the job. You treat your customers really nice so they will come back and so you can get a tip, but if your rude and down right mean you do not deserve a tip.

  Terrible restaurant in all Terms

  The service at flat rock grille was terrible. the waitress at the restaurant was rude and never even asked what we wanted or what we wanted for drinks she just showed up and put her hands on her hips and said nothing. The restraunt when I asked to speak to a manager did not even show and when we left we got confronted by the waitress asking for tip although she had not done nothing for it.
