FIRE's menu, which is always varied, never fails to serve the best seafood in Alabama. Their "Grilled Simple Fish"
--grouper, snapper, or whatever is the fish of the day--is accompanied by summer succotash of corn, lima beans, and cherry tomatoes. Another favorite is "Shrimp and Grits." This dish is popular in Birmingham and is served in a number of Birmingham Restaurants. FIRE's is by far the best. The Tomato Carpaccio salad's savory flan is surrounded bv thinly sliced Black Jack tomatoes. The bar is excellent. My favorite is their Cosmopolitan martini. Their Bloody Marys can't be matched. Compared to similar restaurants/cuisines, their prices are more than reasonable.
Fire is absolutely my favorite Sunday brunch spot. My friends and I always gather here on Sundays around 1 p.m. The service is always friendly and together. They have great Mimosas or a Bloodymary if you enjoy a kick. The Beignets to start are a perfect choice! The Pork Grillades are my favorite dish. The Muffaletta is delicious too, and it is also a big portion. The Eggs Benedict is yummy too! Great Hollandaise sauce. Definitely a great place to check out.
