  A Disappointing Event

  We were escorted to our seat by a female manager and she couldn't even attempt a fake smile of welcome. The server seemed like it was an inconvenience for her to have to take our order. The food took forever to be served but the grill area was well entertained by the rap music that was filtering out into the restaurant. When we received our food it was slopily placed on the plates and was very unappetising to look at.
  
  I have eaten at many Denny's in the northeast and have never had the experience that I had at your store in Tampa.
  
  I would not have written to you, but I ran on to this site while scaning on the computer and was reminded of the experience.
