  Employees not trustworthy/Rude Management

  We are relocating to the area and were there looking for our new home. I inadvertantly left my cell phone in the restaurant and upon our return to hotel immediately called.
  The hostess that evening was kind and gracious; she obtained the phone and label with our name and indicated she would place the phone in the Lost & Found drawer w/my name. The next morning we returned to the restaurant and noone could locate the phone. Disappointed and upset we left the premises later to call and speak with the manager who was rude, did not apologize for some theif of an employee nor did she offer to look around the restaurant to see if the phone was misplaced.
  I must however admit that our waiter and the hostes were very good. Though someone there is a theif and it didn't seem to bother the manager!
