Here's my little story:
Called in an order for "Bob". When I get there (on time exactly) there are two lines: the dine-in with 3 people and an empty line/register that sez "phone orders". So I skip the line and stand in the presumably faster phone-order line (the register even had a "Phone Orders" sign on it). Stood there and got ignored while the whole other line came and went and filled again. Finally a waitress who had been folding napkins and stuff wanders over - "Have you been helped?". Me: "Had a phone order for Bob". Her: "Is this to go?". Me" "Yes". Her: "What would you like?". Me "Had a PHONE order for Bob". Her (all annoyed) - hands me my order that had apparently been sitting there the entire time I was in line.
The moral ? They are retarded and don't know how to use their own phone/register system...
