  The lunch experience was amongst the worst I have ever had, we were seated where we could see into the kitchen and there was a man smoking while he prepared our food. The ketchup that went with our French Fries was glazed over like it had been held over for days. The server had way too many tables and there was no manager on anywhere that I could see to help out. Everything took a very long time and when we mentioned it the the server he said the owner wasn't someone very compromising and that I was better off just making the best of it.
