  I go into Cosi ALL the time. I love it there! I've pretty much tried everything on the menu, and honestly there are a very select few things I don't like, out of the vast amount of options there.
  
  The food is always good, and its fairly priced for the quality you receive, and the service is always good...the employees are always friendly and seem to get along and enjoy work...which is very important!
  
  As far as the "brutal" service is concerned...the issue was probably that you sat yourself instead of waiting to be seated, which is a common custom...especially when there's a sign right in front of you when you walk in that says Please Wait To Be Seated.
  
  I also have breakfast there several times a week, and I've never had an issue worth complaining about. Sometimes when there's a Line of customers and only one employee making food its GOING to take a little bit longer...so you wait....big deal!! Its not like you're waiting THAT long, plus its good, well worth the wait. Breakfasts are usually slow so there's no reason to bring in another employee to work, and there's NO reason to insult someone's intelligence...that's just rude and uncalled for.
  
  Sorry to focus on the bad comment, but this person makes Cosi out to be an awful place to go...and its the complete opposite.
  
  I love Cosi and will continue going there as often as I can!

  A couple friends and I stopped in for lunch. I had the chicken melt and it was fantastic! My friends had a pizza and a bacon cheddar melt which they said were very good. The employees were friendly too. Overall it was a good meal, I'll definatley go there again.

  I have been in twice in the past 6 months and my service was brutal the first time and even worse the second. I went in during the dinner hour when servers are on duty and waited about 25 minutes and no one took my order, so I left. Went back in the other morning for breakfast and waited about ten minutes when I was the only person waiting for an order. Next thing I knew, 6 people were waiting behind me. Either they are understaffed, they don't care or they are not very smart!

  I love the smores. You can make your own smores... it is fun and a great place to hang out. Don't get the hot apple cider though, it wasn't very good. But other than that it is a great fun place.
