Description: Cosi began as a café in Paris, France - where dining with friends and family is a way of life. It was there that our founder opened the first Cosi and introduced our signature crackly-crust flatbread baked in an open-flame stone oven - a recipe he discovered while touring the Tuscany region of Italy.
