  Citron Restaurant has excellent food & service and a nice mellow atmosphere. Expensive but not ridiculously so, for what is one of the most subtle and pleasant dining experiences in Oakland. Try the absolutely delicious mixed green salad with fried goat cheese...so good! Good for large groups (has private room in back) or romantic dinners a deux.
