There are many decent chinese restaurants and it is often hard to distinguish between them. The food is competent although often a little greasy. Not Chow's. Although it is a neighborhood restaurant, the dishes are excellently prepared and don't appear to have been sitting around. They make several dishes with baby bok choy that are truly fresh and unique. If you like sweet and sour pork, chicken, or beef, then you must try the orange beef. You probably will never be satisfied with the over-breaded sweet and sour offering at you local chinese again.
