  Caros is a great "diner" experience in Lexington KY. Under new ownership now the food is better than ever. I had the Grill King burger and their "signature" fries. I don't know what they season them with but they are AWESOME! One of my co workers had the chili and said it was great. My boss was there also and ate the Bo'ski burger. It was a meal all by itself.
  
  I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a 'diner' type experience for lunch in downtown Lexington. Did I mention each meal was less than 6 bucks??
