Where's the sausage?
How dare you! You get me hooked on sausage breakfast sandwiches and then take them away. How dare you! The one thing that brings joy to my morning in these trying times. I want to see this rectified ASAP. The store I most frequent is in Anchorage Alaska on Abbott rd. I am anxiously awaiting your reply....or at least a small supply of sandwiches.

Huffman Restaurant
My jalapeno burger at the Huffman Business Park restaurant, around 1:15 PM, was truly awful. The burger was served promptly---before I had even sat down; after getting a Coke from the self-serve facility, an employee caught up with me and handed me my tray.
I was a little dubious, when I noticed some kind of liquid dripping from the patty as the "cook" used a pair of tongs to get the already-cooked patty out of a warming tray,filled with liquid.
When I picked up the burger to eat it, I found that the bun was cold and dry, as though it had been setting out too long. Also, the tomato was very old and kind of slimy-looking.
To add to the experience, the fries I got had obviously been under the warming light too long and were just barely edible--and I did not eat all of them.
To their credit, the employees were friendly and were keeping the store exceptionally clean. I noticed that one customer left his tray and burger-wrapper on the table and an employee cleaned up the mess before the customer even reached his car.
Even though I have had very good meals in a Los Angeles Carl's Junior, I doubt that I will eat again at an Anchorage Carl's Junior restaurant. -

the food is great and the service has always been kind to me and my family. they are always thinking up new burgers and they never give us the small stuff like the others due for the most part. keep up the good work and open one up in san antonio tx so i can continue to enjoy your food.

Past Services that should be fix
I like Carles Jr, but, theres always something wrong each time I go. *Im talking about the new one on Northern Lights* I think that they just serve old mircrowaved food, because more than a few times Ive gone through the drive thru, the fries were really gross and stale, and they were pretty hard. I usually get the Bacon western burger and once the onion ring was old and shrivled and it was rock hard. I couldnt bite it in two, I couldnt rip it in two. It was digusting. Sometimes the services isnt that great, I argued with one of the girls once because she was pretty rude. They mess up my drink, and a few times they wouldnt let me get the raspberry iced tea. Sometimes theyre cokes taste REALLY flat, and it didnt really even taste like coke. I just think maybe someone should take a look over there, and see how theyre doing, or inspect them every now and then, because since it happened to me, im SURE its happened to other people as well.
