  Awful burnt food

  I bought a taco salad at you restaurant just 15 minutes ago. The meat in the salad was burned. I called and asked for a manaager and she said this is one of them. I stated what happened and she asked me to come back. Most people who go thru drive up are in a hurry. I could not come back. She just said "sorry about that." This tells me that you do not care once you have my money. I usually come there three times a week. NO MORE!!! I am done unless you are willing to rectify your service and food.

  Chili Burger a bust

  I went to Carl's today, to try their over hyped chili burger. You'e heard the "Oh Shoot" ads? They should be "whatever"...The dominate flavor was mustard. And, with the tomatos and onions, there was NO chili flavor, and VERY little chili.
