  On 12-12-07, I ordered burgers plain. It was correctly read back to me by the dude at the window. Upon getting home, I discovered someone, probably the cook, did NOT read the order right or it was punched in wrong and the orders were not PLAIN, they had KETCHUP on them. Hot ketchup on a cheese burger stinks. At the price of gas I did not go back. I decided to call them first. The phone number listed here only has a fax machine responding. Very stupid plan. Order wrong. Phone number not being answered by a human. At $3 a gal. gas, going back is stupid. Carl's owes me a new order when I can get back there and it's not a special trip. Don't order here unless you do their job and make sure the order is right before you leave.
