This is the nastiest place I have ever taken kids. It is dirty, damaged, badly lit, in faulty condition everywhere. I don't know why it is still open. The "stairway" to a play area was unsafe and difficult for kids to manage. Other areas were unavailable for repairs. The carpet was curled up and dirty.
God what a horrid place. The floors are broke and the managers are very rude. Horrible horrible service. I would definitely not take the kids there again. Food was nasty and the employees could care less about fixing any problems. Also the air conditioner must be broken because it was extremely hot in there. They need to fix the place. The bathrooms were also pretty gross. Really bad smell and no toilet paper. Ick.
About two years ago, I use to take my son there every Friday. He was only 3 at the time and we had so much fun. So I was thinking hey lets go there again. Wow, it has changed. There was way too many people & children there, machines were broken and stole coins, very understaffed, and heat was at about 85. It was misserable. My son had a good time, but I hated it. I use to love this place and hate Chuckie, but after this experience I'll take the mouse anyday. Horrible and will not be back.

Let alone it was a Friday, probibly one of the busiest days but being that it is a little kids hangout on a Friday I would think they would expect it. My family met together, a party of 5 to say farwell to my stepson before he went back to Arkansas and I hope this wasn't his last memory of the trip.
The service was laking since you couldn't hear if your order was up over the loud noise and it took a little over a half hour to get two pizzas and some breadsticks. The games were horrible. My son kept coming up to because the machines were not issuing game tickets or were eating his coins. He was also discouraged that around 6 games were out of order. Some of the 'rides' scared me a little because there was electrical tape holding the actavator switch. "here Jimmy, just don't touch that."
Also, the tickets to toys ratio was way silly. I have never been anywhere where it takes 5 tickets to get ONE tootsie roll. Overall I was very depressed with the exprence and will be taking the extra time to go to chuck-e-cheese next time.
